The Mind-Body Connection
Mind-body connection means that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning. In other words, our minds can affect how healthy our bodies are! On the other hand, what we do with our physical body (what we eat, how much we exercise, even our posture) can impact our mental state (again positively or negatively).
The mind and body are essentially inseparable - the brain and peripheral nervous system, the endocrine and immune systems, all the organs of our body, and all the emotional responses we have are always communicating with one another through chemicals.
So there is a direct connection between the mind and body; and a direct link between our emotions, nervous system, and immune system. The body responds physically to how we think and feel, affecting every system in our body. In other words, what you think and believe will show up in physical form on the body.
They are techniques designed to enhance the mind's positive impact on the body. For example, meditation, dance, yoga, relaxation, hypnosis, and imagery just to name a few. Imagery exercises use creative imagination to "picture" scenarios that relax and heal. A common relaxation practice is to mentally imagine yourself in a pleasant place that puts your mind and body at ease. For example, imagine yourself lying on a beach with the sun shining, listening to the waves. It is important to imagine a place that has a positive association for you. Studies show that the use of imagery exercises are effective healing methods for stress reduction and anxiety.
The Body Heals
There is intelligence that takes care of the body if you leave it alone, but the difficulty is that the conscious mind always interferes with its five physical sense evidence (sight, hear, touch, smell, taste) based on the outer experiences, leading to false beliefs, fears, and mere opinion.

What is it that heals? Where is this healing power? The healing power is the subconscious mind of each person, and a positive mental attitude of a sick person releases this healing power. When you remove mental blockages, the healing principle may be released, restoring you to health.
Your body's ability to heal is greater than anyone has permitted you to believe. Dr. Joseph Murphy in his life-changing book The Power of Your Subconscious Mind, states, ''The healing principle resident in your subconscious mind can and will, if properly directed, heal your mind and body of disease; this happens because the infinite intelligence and power of your subconscious mind respond according to your faith.''
Dr. Joseph Murphy suggests that you place yourself in a quiet, comfortable, relaxing place to sit or lie, still the mind to all outside distractions as well as appearances, then quietly and knowingly turn over your request of perfect health to the subconscious mind. Imagine the desired outcome, and feel its reality now; then the infinite life principle will respond to your conscious choice and request. Then relax and have full faith that according to your belief it is done unto you.
We have the ability to think our way to health because our body is always responding to our most dominant thoughts, feelings, images, etc. are all vibrations of energy. The vibration of the picture playing in mind has physical consequences. Keep the conscious mind busy with thoughts and pictures of the perfect, harmonious health, without limiting beliefs, doubts, and fears. Tune yourself into the vibration of the desired outcome, then feel that image as a vibration in the body. Have 100% faith that you will be healed, and according to your faith, it is done unto you.
You can improve by keeping the mind busy with thoughts of health. When something appears on the body, then the equivalent is first in mind. The disease can not survive in a body that is kept busy with thoughts of a positive nature such as health, peace, joy, love, and well- being.Program the subconscious with thoughts of perfect health by continuously thinking, feeling, and speaking of the perfect, harmonious health.

You can also try to look at the source of your issue. You can do this by asking yourself, ''Why do I have this health problem? In what ways have my thoughts, emotions, beliefs, actions gotten me here? What could I have done differently? What can I do now to change the outcome? Be 100% honest with yourself and notice what responses you receive from your inner wisdom and intelligence.
Relax and let go of anxieties, then try raising your vibration to the frequency of joy. When you live in joy, you are vibrating at the frequency of 540 cycles per second; this is a fast and high vibration. The frequency of joy is a frequency where you can heal. When attempting to heal, it would immensely benefit you to become playful and joyful as a child.

Speak as a healthy person would. For example, when attempting to cure yourself, state your health as a declaration, not desire, like so, ''I am filled with perfect health. Health is me. I am healthy, perfect, and complete.'' You must not want to heal; you must see yourself as already healed. When you say, ''I want to heal'', the signal sent out to the universe is that you do not have health. Therefore, you will remain in lack.
We are all natural born healers. The human body is a self-generating mechanism, meaning it is programmed to heal itself. Broken hearts heal. Wounds heal. Your soul repairs itself, and so on. Everything heals and the body heals quickly and easily.
The nervous system consists of the brain and the spinal cord with nerves that expand out the rest of the body. The brain is the body, and the body is the brain. What the mind believes, the body must become.
The body is the unconscious mind - It knows how to tell the difference between self and not-self. When you are ill or have constant challenges, the immune system teaches you what you need – emotionally, spiritually, nutritionally, sexually, socially, creatively, etc. in order to feel healthy, vibrant, and alive. When you are not well, these challenges are asking you to find what you need – to know what to eat, how much rest and how much activity, for instance, how much giving and how much receiving, and what you may need to let go of or embrace to heal. And you do not have to do it all at once. Sometimes you may just need to change your attitude, and that helps an awkward situation to shift and change, too. Your nervous system knows what is best for you. Pay attention to signs and signals, listen to the internal messages and you will heal.
Things To Avoid
Do not allow external low vibrating energies to enter your energy field. Free yourself of bad thoughts, emotions, and bad life experiences as they will create stress in the brain; this pressure that builds up eventually releases itself in the body. This low energy will interfere with the proper rhythm of the body functions and cause blockages that stop the natural flow of energy throughout the entire body; this will bring the body to an imbalance. The systems in the body may begin to weaken causing you not to function properly. The mind may become fuzzy, confused, and unable to focus, you may feel drained, low on energy, moody, unmotivated, or stressed; this may cause you to experience pain, tension, or even disease.

Healing & The Belief System
Dr. Bruce H. Lipton states, ''When cells become weak and begin to die, the DNA takes over and sends a signal to the cells that they need to recreate. If you doubt your bodies ability to heal itself or recreate, this belief will prevent healing from taking place as the belief system influences the DNA. It is like your mind is telling your DNA that it does not have the ability to heal, and therefore, the cell with receive a weak or no signal to recreate.
"Beliefs hold onto information that is in turn stored in your DNA. For example, when you tell yourself that you have such and such physical problem, this belief system travels to your DNA, stores itself there, and changes the behavior of the DNA. In other words, DNA becomes equivalent to the belief. You become what you believe, and until the view is removed, you can never heal entirely.''
Healing takes place according to the belief system. We all have the power to heal, and this power is the intelligence of the subconscious mind where our beliefs, limitations, programming, and conditionings are stored. If you hold on to beliefs of being unable to heal, that is what will manifest for you. If you believe in the healing process, that is what you will experience. The mind and the body are one, not separate. What the mind believes, the body must become.
When you attempt to heal yourself, and during the healing process you stop to question or doubt the manifestation process because you have not yet witnessed a healing, then you will block the healing from manifesting. The second you stop to question or doubt the healing process, you are no longer a vibrational match to health; you are now a match to its absence.

Balancing Your PH Can Heal The Body
PH stands for the power of hydrogen, which is a measurement of the hydrogen ion concentration in the body. The body's PH balance is on a scale of 0-14. There is a delicate Alkaline-Acid Balance. Anything above 7 is alkaline, anything below 7 is acidic.
A healthy blood pH is slightly alkaline measuring 7.365. This ideal blood 7.365 pH measurement means it is just slightly more alkaline than acid. The human body is supposed to be slightly alkaline. Some diseases can come from being too acidic, others from being too alkaline, but in a slightly alkaline balance, you are healthy where germs, viruses, and disease can not survive. Maintaining a slightly alkaline PH is critical for good health.
When the body is too acidic, it means there is too much acid in the body. There are many reasons the body creates acid
1) Unhealthy high in acid foods and drinks such as fast food and sodas.
2) The negative thought causes the body to produce acid.
3) Chemicals in your food, cleaning products, and toiletries.
4) Environmental pollution is just a few ways the body builds up on acid and loses its balance.
You can test your PH balance with PH strips that are sold for very cheap on Ebay. Check your pH levels regularly first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. Just pee on the strip and match the color of the PH strip to the colors on the chart.
Addressing an over acidic system is fundamental to balancing the body systems and bringing the body back to vitality.
Your Body Talks
Any discomfort you may feel is a direct message from your body telling you that you are out of alignment with your true self. Listen what your body is telling you; this means to rest when you are tired, to eat when you are hungry, and to eat what your body needs when you need it.
It means to take care or change a life circumstance that bothers you. As you attend to your needs by listening to your internal messages, you will become more balanced and clear, and this will bring more health to you.
Love is an invisible force that can remove all negativity and low vibrating energies from the body; it is the highest, purest, and most potent form of energy. Love vibrates at the frequency of 500 cycles per second; this is a fast and strong vibration. Love is a force of intangible magic that is forever creating miracles for those who vibrate at that same frequency.
Loving yourself is the key ingredient for good health and wellbeing, and love of the self, others and of life connects you with the energies and prosperity of the Universal Energies. Self-love brings self-expression and allows for creativity and fulfillment. Love yourself and love your life. Feel the love in your cells and entire being. Become one and in tuned with the pure energy of love that can heal, inspire, lift you up, and positively transform you and your whole life.
Loving yourself always helps the healing process. When you feel any form of negativity toward yourself, or feel unworthy of loving the self or receiving love, this energy will manifest in your life and body.
You must understand that you are worthy of love. You deserve happiness, health, and fulfillment – and you can create it whenever you choose by learning to heal yourself and life.
Love allows you to rise above negativity. When you think and feel love, you tune into that frequency and become that vibration, making it impossible to experience anything negative inside your body or life. When attuned to love, you experience everything that is on that same frequency.

Exercise to love the self (mirror work):
Every day and throughout your day, as you pass by a mirror or anything that creates a reflection, look at yourself directly in the eyes and tell yourself, ''I love you'', followed by your name. Try to feel sincere, unconditional love for yourself. Try not to feel that you are lying to yourself as this may reinforce undesired emotions that already take place within, and are the cause of your lack of self-love.
If this is hard, uncomfortable, or does not feel right, begin by stating, ''Maybe I can love myself,'' as you look at yourself in the mirror. Repeat for as long as necessary until you look at yourself and feel that maybe one day you can love yourself. If you are still finding it difficult, look at yourself in the mirror and say, ''I will try to love myself one day.'' Repeat for as long as necessary until you look at yourself and feel that you will try to love yourself.
And if this still seems demanding, replace the word ''love'' with the word ''like'' until you feel secure and relaxed to address yourself using the word 'Love.' If you find it hard to look directly into your eyes, whether using the word ''love'' or ''like'', look into the corner of the mirror without making eye contact. Do this until you feel ready and safe to create eye contact with yourself.
Once you have discovered the level at which you are comfortable to work, repeat that level until you are willing to move up to the next. For example, if you begin at level 1, continue on that level until you are ready to go up to level 2, then level three. If you have no difficulty to move directly to level 3, do that.
Level 3: ''I love you'' followed by your name.
Level 2: ''Maybe I can love myself.''
Level 1: ''I will try to love myself one day.''
Level 3: ''I like you'' followed by your name.
Level 2: ''Maybe I can like myself.''
Level 1: ''I will try to like myself one day.''
The aim is to reach the final step which is: Every time you pass by a mirror, look at yourself directly in the eyes, and tell yourself, ''I love you'' followed by your name. Repeat this exercise until you can see yourself through the eyes of love.

Adopt a holistic approach and see yourself as a whole. Take into account your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical being, rather than just the symptoms of something.
Holistic and wellness have to do with the overall health and well-being of a person. Traditional medicine practitioners look at the symptom and try to cure it. Holistic health practitioners look at the body as a whole.They look beyond the symptom to see and evaluate the interconnection of the entire body, the link or relationship between the whole body.
Many Doctors view a back problem, take X-rays, and then prescribe pain killers, and maybe surgery; they never look beyond the back to see the body as a whole.
Holistic practitioners would evaluate the person by viewing the entire body. They would watch the situation about the whole body, not just the back. For example, they may watch the patient's shoes, weight, mattress, they may suggest acupuncture, etc.
Wellness is a health system based on seven dimensions in a person's life, including emotional, environmental, physical, social, spiritual, mental, and occupational. For a person to have a balanced and healthy life, they must be determined to address each of these areas. By doing so, you strengthen your system, and in turn, you will live a healthy life.
For optimal health, think of the body as a whole.
When people do not live a lie in harmony, it leads to disease. Same if you are not balanced. Harmony is having an internal calmness or tranquility and living in agreement with yourself and the world around you.
How To Strengthen The Aura
The aura is an energy field that radiates from all living beings. It is a perfect reflection of the energies held in the body. These energies radiate out as vibrations and from your aura. Auras reveal a lot about a person mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. The energies you radiate from the body is a signal to the universe of what is happening in your life. Keep in mind that what the body emits comes back to you.
Being able to make changes and strengthen these energies is essential for living a balanced life. To enhance the energies in the body and improve your well-being, you must understand what weakens it initially. For example, lifestyle choices, or what you are doing or not doing.

Instead of saying, ''I am old,'' say, ''I am wise in the way of the divine life.'' Don't let the corporation, newspapers, or statistics hold a picture before you of old age, declining years, or uselessness. Reject it, for it is a lie. Refuse to be hypnotized by such propaganda. Affirm life – not death. Get a vision of yourself as healthy, happy, radiant, satisfied, serene, and powerful. You must understand the connection between the conscious and subconscious minds. Try to find activities that nourish your soul and engage in them on a daily basis. If you do not feed your soul, you may feel that something is missing in life. You may feel an emptiness within, even if everything else in life feels right. You can be healthy and happy, but inside you may feel like there is a hole and something is missing.

Energy Channels Of The Body
Stress and negativity block the flow of energy throughout your body. The human body works on energy channels; these systems are connected energetically to our physical organs, glands, and bodily systems. When the energy supplied to these bodily systems is disrupted, our immunity drops and the body organs and systems are less able to defend against disease and injury; this may also affect our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
If our energy systems are disrupted or blocked, we feel stressed and are less able to cope with life situations; this then negatively impacts the physical body. Over a prolonged period, this leads to ill health.
When one or more channels are blocked, your mind becomes foggy, you are easily distracted and can not focus; you may even experience disease. You must remove all blockages to cure yourself.

The dark clouds you see in the image are blockages that make it hard for energy to flow through your body; this may cause disease. When a disease exists in the body, it means the body is at dis-ease. For example, inflammation is a stress reaction and our body's way of telling us that energy is not flowing as it should – that something is not working in our lives.
For example, if a part of the body swells regularly, the body is attempting to tell you that something is not right, that something must change. Begin to notice patterns when the swelling takes place. It could be straight after a negative thought or feeling, an argument, a particular food, etc. Once you have pinpointed the cause that the body is attempting to show you, change it and the swelling will cease to exist.
If you do not pay attention to these messages, the warning signs will become more severe until you eventually notice them.
Energy must flow to maintain optimal health, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Pay close attention to the signals sent to you by your body. Constantly ask yourself, ''How do I feel?'' And notice how you feel.
Placebo VS. Nocebo Effect
What the mind believes, the body must become, there isn't another way about it.
Let's take a look at the placebo effect - a fake treatment given to patients as an injection with only water, or a table made of sugar. In one experiment, patients with depression, pain, sleeping disorders, IBS, etc. were given this fake treatment without being aware of it. Shortly after, their symptoms had improved, and in some cases, patients were even cured; this is because they believed in the treatment and expected a healing to occur; they expected health to follow, and so health followed. Their belief and faith in the treatment cured them.
Placebos are fake, yet their effects are real; they can create biological changes in the body
The nocebo effect is the opposite of the placebo. It is a damaging, harmful effect on your health produced by negative thoughts and expectation, or an opinion based on medical experiences. For example, in another experiment, patients were warned about side effects they may experience if they took a particular drug, and their negative expectation created an adverse outcome. One after another, people reported side effects they were warned about even when their test drug-placebo (fake treatment).
The same mind power that can heal you can also harm you. You can change anything about yourself anytime. Begin now by flooding the mind with thoughts of perfect health, happiness, love, peace, balance, harmony, and well-being. Tune into those vibrations and allow yourself to become one with them. Every night just before you sleep, expect to wake up in perfect health. Every morning when you wake, expect your day to be filled with health, love, and vitality.
Forced laughter can turn into real laughter. Laughter releases feel-good hormone dopamines. Laughter widens blood vessels, increases blood flow, lessens inflammation, reduces the formation of cholesterol plaque, and more. Laugh deals with physical, mental and emotional stress simultaneously. It reduces the stress hormone cholesterol which can lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Ten minutes of laughter is equal to thirty minutes on a rowing machine. Treat yourself and a friend to a class of laughter yoga.

Our body converts amino acid into protein, and it can only convert up to 5% that we require. Also, all dark green vegetables have calcium required to strengthen your bones. Therefore, we do not need animal milk and dairy as they cause inflammation, hormone imbalance, immune system weakening, and cancer.
