To manifest your dreams, you must vibrate at a high frequency, to vibrate high you must feel good. Meditation can help you reach that state because it helps you feel happier, relaxed, and more peaceful.
Meditation is a process of turning within. Through meditation we become more sensitive and familiar with our inner sensations and signals, we become relaxed. While in meditation, undesired thoughts and feelings become less disturbing, so we feel less bothered about them. It is easier for us to allow them to come along and pass by with ease.
Meditation is the key to a happy, healthy, and prosperous life. It strengthens your biological systems and diminishes undesired emotional states. It removes low vibrating energies from the body and lifts you from a low to a high vibration. Furthermore, meditation helps us to become more comfortable with our inner self and heal even faster. It is an incredible technique that brings you into perfect balance and harmony with your natural state of being.
It is important to implement meditation in your daily routine, so I have to together a few very simple techniques to help you do just that.
Follow the exercises below:
Method 1: Focus on your breathing as you inhale and exhale. Make sure to breathe from the belly, not the chest. Many people breath from the chest, but this is incorrect because you now reduce your oxygen intake. When you inhale, the diaphragm should press down and expand the belly. As you exhale, the diaphragm should push up against the lungs and increase your oxygen intake. Now you are taking in 100% oxygen. Breathing increases the blood circulation around the body. As you are breathing, you are raising your vibration simultaneously.
Method 2: Look around you and choose an object that brings you a feeling of calmness or relaxation. Focus all your awareness on it until you bring yourself deeper and deeper into that relaxed state. Acknowledge the fact that the more you remain focused on the object, the more comfortable you become, and feel appreciative of that.
Method 3: Recall a time when you felt an intense feeling of love, then give the mind the job to focus on that feeling. Other Thoughts may come and go, but that's okay. As long as you don't forget the loving feeling, you are meditating.
You can meditate on absolutely anything; it's up to you. But let's say, for example, that you meditate on love, joy, or positivity, not only do you vibrate high because you feel good, but now the vibration of love, joy, and positivity come into existence within you. You then radiate the vibration out to the world around you, and as like attracts like, the law of attraction will draw matching energies back to you.
Every time you feel stressed, nervous, or anxious, bring yourself back to balance with simple meditation or breathing exercises. Follow the breathing exercise below as you inhale and exhale; this will help you relax and feel calmer.
Deep within us, the knowledge of meditation already exists, so don't worry about doing it right, just do it. Meditation is an activity of simply 'being,' not one of 'doing.' See it as letting go. Whatever you think about while meditating (including wondering if you're doing it right) is fine; let it go, and continue focusing your attention on your breathing.
Meditate To Receive Inspiration
Observing your breath without interfering with it is an ancient form of meditation. Watch your breathing and how it operates with your awareness of it. When you need inspiration for something, relax and observe your breath and see if you can notice it without controlling it. If you relax and are patient, you will slowly begin to witness your breathing as it happens all by itself. With practice, you will find that during exhalation, you let go and become very relaxed, and during inhalation, you witness inspiration coming from a source. For instance, inspiration on how to achieve something you wanted, or how to create, or new ideas, opportunities, and possibilities. - Henry Reed, PH.D.
When you seek answers from within, put yourself in a relaxed state by meditating, then ask the question that you request an answer to. As you do so, you tune into your highest thoughts and receive a different response, as opposed to the answer you receive without meditation, or when operating from a low vibrating state. When you bring the mind to the right state, you can solve any issue and do anything. Any question you seek the answer to, meditate on it, and the answer will come. Meditate on something by tuning into the vibration of that thing. By doing so, you will receive signals from it.
Meditation & Imagination
The images, mantras, feelings, etc. used in a meditation determine the vibration of the meditation and the most intense levels of meditation are due to the meditator's imagination. Imagination is a sense of creating patterns in mind – making dimensions of the mind. How you imagine meditation affects the experience. If you believe that meditation is just a matter of making the mind blank, then that is what you will get – a blank mind; this is good for some if that is what you are after. But if you have a particular destination in mind, then the chances are that is where you will go. Your intention and expectation will determine what happens during meditation. Set the intention in advance as to what precisely you wish to achieve during meditation.
