Mental Technique 6: How to Start Your Day Positive

Happiness is a state of mind. You have the freedom to choose happiness in every second of every day. This may seem simple because it is. But some people may find it hard to find happiness because they don't see the simplicity. Begin now to choose happiness consciously.

This is how you do it: When you open your eyes in the morning, say to yourself:

''Divine Source guides me through my life today. All things work for my best and highest good today. This is a good and beautiful day for me. I am guided all day long, and whatever I do will prosper. Divine love surrounds me, and I go forth in peace. Whenever my mind wonders off from good, positive, and constructive thinking, I will immediately bring it back to thoughts that are lovely and good for me. I attract to me all things which bless and prosper me. I am going to be a wonderful success in all I do today. I am definitely going to be happy all day long.''

Start each day in this manner, then go about your time with the words you affirmed in mind. Choose happiness, and you will be a radiant joyous person.
