What Is The Law Of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is a name given to the saying ‘like attracts like.’ It is an invisible force of the universe that draws together similar energies. In other words, when two or more energies are the same, an attraction takes place, and when energies do not match, they repel one another.

What do we mean by energy? Well, all humans and everything around us are made up of matter. The Matter is made up of atoms. An atom is made up of tiny particles such as protons, neutrons, and electrons. And if you take a very powerful microscope, you will find that it is all just waves of energy that vibrate at different frequencies (different speeds).

So everything is vibrating energy. You are energy, everything around you is energy, the room you are sitting, even our thoughts and emotions are vibrations of energy. This energy is known as electromagnetic energy that consists of electricity that has a negative and positive charge, and magnetism that causes us to behave as a magnet. It is worth mentioning that the energy of a solid object is stable, and the energy of humans transforms according to their thought and emotions. In other words, the energy of the body alters by an individual's thoughts and feelings.

For example, when you flood the mind and heart with thoughts and feelings of love, then you will become a magnet for love and attract love. When you become a magnet for wealth, you attract wealth. When you become a magnet for happiness, you draw happiness. The attraction must come first for a manifestation to occur. Manifestation is the effect of the magnet that is you. So by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life.

What you hold in your mind with energy and focus is what will manifest in your reality. The energy you emit through your thoughts and feelings will attract matching circumstance. In other words, you will draw you to people, things, and situations that match your vibration.

The Law of Attraction will work to your advantage when your thoughts, emotions, actions, and beliefs are in alignment with your dreams. It is about filling your mind, words, and energies with positivity, knowing what you want and then just ‘allowing’ the universe to flow.

HOW DOES THE LAW OF ATTRACTION WORK?

We live in a universe that reads the vibration of our thoughts and feelings and creates what we think and feels. The world that understands our vibration and draws us to similar vibrations.

The Law of Attraction allows us to attract and manifest our desires effortlessly and with ease through the vibration we emit; this is possible because thoughts create emotions in the body; these emotions influence the rate of the heart rhythm. As the heart beats, it generates an electromagnetic field around the entire body; this area being made up of electricity and magnetism will magnetize you to people, things, and circumstances that have the same electric charge. Put simply, the energy you emit through your thoughts and feelings will attract matching conditions. So by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, you bring about positive or negative life experiences.

Whether we realize it or not, we are responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. An essential part of the Law of Attraction is understanding that where you place your focus can have an intense impact on what happens to you. If you continually dwell in regret, doubt, limitation, fear, lack, blame, etc., then that is what you will see appearing in your life. But if you focus on abundance, joy, love (even if you do not yet have those things yet) then you’ll start to see positivity surrounding you every day. What you hold in your mind with energy and focus is what will manifest in your reality.

Begin now to use the Law of Attraction to your advantage by keeping the mind busy with positive, uplifting, high vibrating thoughts; this allows you to create the life you love in advance deliberately.

You can start using the Law of Attraction to its full potential when you begin to understand that it can be used in quick, small, and precise ways every minute of the day. The first step is to become mindful which means being aware – when walking, walk. When eating, eat, When resting, rest. When bathing, bath. Be present. Eventually, this will help you to become more mindful of your thoughts, and in turn, help you to clarify which thoughts to keep and which to remove. You will be made more aware of undesired mental and emotional states and can start to replace them with new beliefs and feelings that better reflect your desired outcome. This ongoing focus on self-reflection also enables you to start seeing what you want from your future, and you can then progress to creating clearer goals with easy and manageable steps. As life is a creation of the mind, we can deliberately create our life in advance by becoming conscious creators.

Why Am I Not Getting What I Want?

The Law of Attraction is always working for everyone, in the same way, 24/7. It is either working for you or against you, but it is always working even while we sleep. The Law of Attraction works according to the nature of your dominant conscious or unconscious thoughts. For example, when you accept something on an unconscious level, it becomes your vibration, and according to the natural Laws of the Universe, your energy and the energy of those circumstances must come together.

We must understand that life is supposed to be good, and when it isn't something has gone wrong. Every time, the thing that has gone wrong is a belief, a perception that has developed to the point that other evidence can not come in. In other being subconsciously programmed with something means that you have accepted it on an unconscious level; this now becomes the vibration you will emit, and so it must be drawn to you and you to it. The Law of Attraction will always present to you exactly what you are focused on all day and every day, consciously or unconsciously. If you are not receiving what yo want, then you have subconscious blockages that prevent you from reaching your desired outcome. Until you remove this blockage, you will continue to attract the same, old results.

How To Use The Law Of Attraction

1. See the Universe as a supermarket: Make your very own ‘manifesting shopping list.' Every day, no matter where you go, make a list of what you want from the universe. Write them on your phone, on scraps of paper or in a notebook. Writing lists like this will help you to get clear on what you want. With repetition, writing theses notes will come naturally to you (second nature), and once this happens, it will be easier for these things to manifest in your life.

Try not to focus on waiting for something to show up; this may cause our energies can become ones of worry and lack – creating resistance. So, once you are clear on what you want, forget about the lists, and allow the universe to take over. Also, it is vital to note that when you ask for something, your degree of belief determines the outcome.

2. Play pretend: Taking some time out to play act as though you already have what you want, or even indulging in the reality of your imagination with visualization exercises can be fun and straightforward to raising your feel-good vibrations. Plus, it helps to tell the universe exactly what it is you wish to manifest in your life.

Try spending 10-15 minutes imagining how your perfect day would go. What would you be doing? What would you look like? Who would you spend your time doing? What would it feel like if you already have what you wanted? Etc. Enjoy exploring the life that you know you are in the process of creating.

3. Manifest something: Practice manifesting something small; this will give you confidence and enhance your creating capabilities.

Begin by trying to manifest something small and even insignificant – it could be anything from a book to a flower. Always start small as you need something that you have no resistance to, something you feel no pressure to manifest. Remember, resistance will create more resistance and block the manifestation process.

Now, spend a couple of minutes thinking about this item. How will you feel when you have it? How will it feel in your hand? Just relax and let it fill your thoughts for a few moments. Tune it to the vibration of the item and allow your vibrations to become one; this allows an attraction must take place.

4. Trust and Be Patient

Last but not least, forget about it. Instead of worrying about whether this thing will show up or not, look forward to it unexpectedly popping up in your life. Let it go and allow the Universe to run its course; this will help to bring your mind to a place of positivity and better alignment with that which you desire, thus removing any resistance.

Continue to practice with little manifestations until you can begin manifesting even bigger things. After a few weeks of practicing your new approach, much of it will become second nature.
